Dr. Ed Kendrick, Founder & President, QUEST Leadership Solutions

For over four decades, I’ve had one goal: to add value to people and organizations. I’ve led in the boardroom and from the pulpit, built businesses from scratch, planted a church from the ground up, and even served as a city mayor. Along the way, I’ve learned that real leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about influence, service, and helping people grow. That’s what drives me.

Through QUEST Leadership Solutions, I work one-on-one with leaders, teams, and organizations who want to lead with clarity, purpose, and impact. My coaching and consulting approach is deeply personal, shaped by my own leadership journey and grounded in proven tools like DISC, Working Genius, emotional intelligence, and our custom QUEST framework.

I’m a certified executive coach, a human behavior consultant, and a John Maxwell Certified Team Member. I also hold a Doctorate in Leadership with an emphasis in coaching. But more than all the titles and credentials, I’m someone who genuinely cares. My clients don’t get cookie- cutter plans—they get a partner who listens, challenges, and walks with them.

Life isn’t all work—I believe great leaders make time for what matters most. For me, that’s my wife Nancy, our daughter Lauren, and our two amazing grandkids, Colton and Kenzie. I’m a man of faith, a lifelong learner, and a guy who still believes leadership is personal.

Leadership runs deep in our family—and for me, it started with a passion for helping people grow.

As Vice President of QUEST Leadership Solutions, I bring a unique blend of experience in coaching, education, entrepreneurship, and curriculum design. I’m a Master Certified Professional Coach, public speaker, and trainer who loves helping individuals and teams discover their potential and put it into action.

Before stepping into executive leadership at QUEST, I earned my degree in education and spent years building systems that help people learn and grow. I’ve written curriculum, developed training programs, and co-founded APEX Homeschooling Group, where I still help shape young minds and equip families. I also have experience as a small business owner, which means I know firsthand the challenges leaders face—and how coaching and clarity can change everything.

At QUEST, I lead our efforts in content development, training strategy, and client experience. I work closely with our coaching team to make sure everything we deliver is practical, personal, and built to make a real difference. Whether I’m leading a workshop, creating a custom development track, or coaching one-on-one, my goal is the same: to serve people well.

Outside of work, I’m a wife to Chance and a proud mom to two incredible kids who keep life busy and full of joy. I believe leadership starts at home, and I’m grateful to be doing life and work with a team—and a family—I believe in.
